It’s no wonder Chicago is behind other areas in numbers of returns of census forms. No one in my building of 49 people received a form. After making at least 10 phone calls, no one could tell me where forms could be picked up. On a chance, I called our local library and was given about 40 forms. I was able to get more at a neighboring library, and everyone in my building filled them in and sent them on. On the basis of this inefficiency, I’m reluctant to believe any figure given out by the organization.
