Egnater llega este año con la serie DETROIT de amplificadores y el mismo Bruce Egnater nos mostro el DETROIT 18, un cabezal de 18 vatios que cuenta con dos canales el ‘limpio’ y ‘overdrive’, un interruptor de selección de tres puntos de voltaje (para 18, 6, o 1 watts) y, el nuevo switch de Egnater ‘torque’ para controlar el tono.
La serie DETROIT trae también el nuevo interruptor de Egnater ‘home/stage(casa/escenario)’ que permite modular el nivel del volumen para poder tocar en casa sin sacrificar el tono.
El “NAMM Show” es la convención de música mas grande de las Américas. Cada año este evento reúne a mas de 70,000 personas de todo el mundo en el Centro de Convenciones de la ciudad de Anaheim, California.

Bruce Egnater himself was there to demonstrate his new DETROIT line of amps, and gave us a brief introduction to the DETROIT 18. This 18-watt head features both clean and overdrive channels, a 3-position wattage-select switch (for 18, 6, or 1 watts), and Egnater’s new “torque” knob. Also an Egnater first is the “home/stage” switch that allows for actual bedroom level volume without sacrificing tone.
