WLS Ch. 7 news anchor Alan Krashesky has listed his longtime five-bedroom, 4,462-square-foot house in Naperville for $849,900.
Krashesky, 56, has been with ABC 7 since 1982 and became the station’s lead news anchor in May after Ron Magers retired. Krashesky has lived in Naperville for the past 25 years.
Located in the Will County part of Naperville, the house has been redone in recent years, and has hardwood floors throughout. Other features include four baths, upgraded moldings, a family room with a brick fireplace and plantation shutters, a mud room with built-in cabinets, a den on the main floor, a finished walkout basement with an open recreation area, and a kitchen with a six-burner Dacor stove, dual islands and granite countertops.
Krashesky listed the house in January and has a contract pending to sell it.
Krashesky could not be reached for comment on the listing or on where he’s headed. His listing agent, Scott Gerami of Re/Max Professionals Select, declined to comment.
In addition, in 2012, Krashesky paid $795,000 for a three-bedroom, 1,600-square-foot condo in Chicago’s New East Side.
