Andre Miller, 27, of the 7400 block of South Kenwood Avenue, Chicago, was charged Thursday with the theft of $177 in clothing from the J.C. Penney’s department store in Lincoln Mall, reports said. Police said Miller put the clothing on under his own clothing in a store changing room and then left the store without paying for the merchandise.
