Ford is offering no-interest loans on its gasoline/electric Escape sport-utility vehicle. The offers, for loans as long as five years, run through July 5. This expands a program tested in March in California and Washington, D.C. The hybrid Escape sells for $26,900 to $28,525, compared with $19,380 to $26,680 for a gasoline-powered Escape.
