Carmelo Cartagena, age 76, passed away June 15, 2006, after a long illness, formerly of Ciales, Puerto Rico. Beloved husband of the late Maria, nee Pagan, Cartagena; loving father of Carlitos, Raul (Charmaine), Armando and Jamie (Michelle) Cartagena; dear grandfather and great-grandfather of many; fond brother, brother-in-law and uncle.
