Occupation: TV personality and model.

Current home: Between Miami, L.A. and wherever my boyfriend is.

Marital status: Single.

Working on: I’m the host of “America’s Funniest Videos” on ABC-TV and I’m a Revlon model.

I stay home to watch: I like programs that make me think or real no-brainers. I hate shows that make me uncomfortable, like “Jerry Springer.”

Favorite childhood memory: My grandparents would have little dinner parties for me and invite all my friends. It was a great way to spoil me.

Personal heroes: My parents. They went through a lot, having to escape political turmoil while they were very young, inexperienced parents. They went to two unknown countries. They came to the States with nothing, worked in factories and educated themselves.

Nobody knows I’m: A good cook. I make a great Cuban dish with chopped meat, rice, garlic, spices and olives.

I’ve never been able to be: Very disciplined.

My fantasy is: I see myself on a huge ranch with lot of animals around me, the man I love and serenity and peace.

If I could change one thing about myself: My stubbornness.

People who knew me in high school thought I was: A freak. I was very reserved.

My most irrational act: I get too emotional and too loud too quickly.

The worst times in my life: When there have been family health crises. I’ve gone through a couple of ordeals. They make you think about your own life and what is and isn’t important.

If I’ve learned one thing in life: Don’t sweat the small stuff.

The three words that best describe me: Intense, romantic and honest.
