David Lee, 30, of the 100 block of Country Club Drive, Northlake, was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, driving with a revoked license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, police said. Lee was arrested at Romans and County Line Roads, police said.
