Nita Drake, age 83, passed away peacefully in her sleep at the hospital with angels at her bedside, guiding her on January 15, 2002, she is the cherished wife of John; loving mother of Faith, John, Jim (Karen), Linda and Beth; proud grandmother of Jennifer and Jessica; loving aunt of Jim Rhody; she has now joined her beloved sister Thelma. All who knew her are encouraged at this time to remember her favorite expression “Take Time To Smell The Flowers” and “Have Fun”. Memorial services Saturday, 11 a.m. at the Zimmerman & Sandeman Memorial Chapel, 5200 W. 95th St. Interment private.
