This is in response to David Broder`s article of Oct. 15, 1986: ”SDI and Reagan: What a dream; what a dreamer.” It is quite obvious the arch-Reagan hater, Broder, would carp at him at every opportunity. But by doing so in this case, he has made himself very vulnerable, indeed.

I would like to point out that in blaming Reagan for the ”failure” of the mini-summit at Reykjavik, he has taken sides with the Russians. And, speaking of dreamers, where would we be in space today if it hadn`t been for the dreams of the Wright brothers.
