Fifth Third Bank appointed Robert Hutchinson head of Fifth Third Securities in its Chicago Investment Advisor unit. He is based in Rolling Meadows.

Susan d’Olive Mozena was appointed CEO of Midwest Eye-Banks. Most recently, she was chief operating officer of Presbyterian Villages of Michigan.

Joanna Anderson was appointed vice president of business development Midwest Region, for Great American Group. She was formerly an assistant vice president at Bank One.

KB Home named Gary White president of its Illinois Division. He was previously a senior vice president of land acquisition and president of the Chicago West Division for a Chicago-area builder.

Jack Carriglio, a partner at Meckler Bulger & Tilson, was named president of the Chicago Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, federal criminal defense and eminent domain.

Archstone Consulting named Claudia M. Saran a principal in its Business and Marketing Strategy Practice, based in Chicago. Most recently, she was managing director in the Strategy, People and Transformation practice at Bearing Point.

William Wax joined Trillium Solutions Group, a Highland Park-based consulting firm, as vice president of operations. Previously, he held management positions with Hitachi Consulting, Practicity and Wallace.

Paul Stewart joined Resolute Consulting, a public affairs firm, as senior account executive.

Bernard Hodes Group, a provider of recruitment communications and staffing services, named Jennifer Gosizk vice president and director of client services and Kristin Anderson manager of client services.

Goldberg Kohn Bell Black Rosenbloom & Moritz Ltd. promoted Michael C. Hainen and Adam M. Laser to principals. Hainen is in the Commercial Finance Group and Laser is in the Real Estate Group.

Helen J. Pates joined Segall Bryant & Hamill Investment Counsel as director, wealth management. Previously, she managed balanced investment portfolios for private clients and institutions at Bank of America Investment Management.

The Irish American Heritage Center named Catherine Kenney executive director. She was previously executive director of the Pickwick Theatre Council in Park Ridge.

Michael Van Poucke was named vice president of planning at The Macom Corp. Previously, he was corporate counsel for McDonald’s Corp.
