Francisco Rodriguez, 18, of the 4900 block of Algonquin Parkway, Rolling Meadows, was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly replaced the gym shoes he was wearing with a pair of $70 gym shoes and attempted to leave Kohl’s, 999 N. Elmhurst Rd. Rodriguez was charged with retail theft and released on $100 bail, police said. He is to appear in court April 11.
