George Hernandez, 28, of the 1300 block of Baldwin Court was charged Tuesday with battery after he allegedly punched a 15-year-old boy in the head in a parking lot in the 1400 block of North Winslowe Drive. The victim declined medical attention, police said. Hernandez posted $100 bail and was released.
