Jack White, 58, of Streamwood died Saturday in Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago. Born in Chicago, Mr. White was an estimator for Contract Builders Hardware for 16 years. Survivors include his wife, Susan; two daughters, Sheri Ott and Julie; a brother, Dale Krueger; and a grandchild. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Countryside Funeral Home, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd., Streamwood/Schaumburg. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
