Jose Rivera, 29, of 1407 N. West End, Round Lake Beach, was arrested at 6:15 a.m. Wednesday in the 4900 block of U.S. Highway 12 and charged with speeding, police said. A routine check revealed he was wanted on a warrant held by the Lake County Sheriff’s Department.
