Fred Marquez, born Sept. 9, 1940 in Chicago, IL, Fred has lived in California for the past 21 years, but his heart has never left Chicago. He is survived by three children, Alice (Gilbert), Fred (Cynthia) and Carol; four grandchildren; his sister, Margaret; and many family members who will miss him dearly. Fred had a sense of humor that could brighten the darkest day and his soul was geniune, kind and full of love for all.
