The reaction of our political leaders in Washington concerning a United Arab Emirates company to run several U.S. ports is appalling. Let’s call it what it is: racism masked under the cloak of “national security.”
I am not a fan of this administration, but in this case the president is correct. This company has a stellar record and runs ports all over the world. The company will not run the security aspects of the ports.
This is the equivalent of corporate racial profiling.
