Republic Airlines has become the ninth major airline to sign a lease for a ticketing facility in the 48,000-square-foot retail concourse of the new 203 N. LaSalle St. Building. Republic will take two positions in June in the Travel Center, a shared ticketing facility that can accommodate up to 14 carriers, according to a joint announcement by the airline and by the codevelopers of 203 N. LaSalle, Richard Stein, chairman of Stein & Co.; and Myron Warshauer, president of Standard Parking Corp. Rubloff Inc. represented the building in lease negotiations with Republic`s properties and facilities staff. The 27-story, 203 N. LaSalle Building includes the retail two-level concourse, which opened in March; a 1,200-car parking garage, which opened last December, and 547,000 square feet of office space, in which first occupancies are scheduled for early 1986.
