Ricardo Munoz, 26, of 98 Harvest Gate Lane, Lake in the Hills, was arrested and charged with retail theft after he allegedly tried to steal a pair of gym shoes Wednesday from the Kohl’s store at Springhill Mall, police said. Store security said they saw Munoz allegedly place a pair of Fila shoes under his coat and try to walk out of the store and into the mall.
