Robert Jones, 28, of 2702 Rohlwing Rd., was charged with battery after allegedly grabbing a woman’s breast and attempting to hug and kiss her at her apartment in the 2700 block of Rohlwing Road, police said Tuesday. Police said Jones showed up at the apartment about 3:30 a.m. to meet her boyfriend. The woman, 22, told Jones he had missed her boyfriend by about an hour and that he should go home because of his alleged intoxication, police said. At that point, police said, Jones allegedly accosted the woman, police said.
