Bail for a Streamwood man was set at $60,000 Monday after he was accused of choking and injuring his 19-year-old, pregnant girlfriend.
Alejandro Hernandez, 22, of the 400 block of Tanglewood Drive, was charged with aggravated domestic battery. Authorities said he tried to choke his girlfriend, who is seven months’ pregnant with his child, during a quarrel Saturday. She suffered bruises and ruptured blood vessels, officials said.
