Damon Stoudamire scored nine of his 21 points in the fourth quarter for Portland.

The Kings rallied behind Predrag Stojakovic’s eight fourth-quarter points, cutting Portland’s 19-point lead to 80-73 with 6 minutes 58 seconds left. But Stoudamire and fellow point guard Greg Anthony scored 17 of the Blazers’ last 20 points to stop the rally.

Portland is the only team in the league that hasn’t lost two straight games this season. The Blazers have won all four of their games against the Kings.

Vlade Divac led the Kings with 20 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists. Sacramento played its third straight game without leading scorer Chris Webber, out with the flu.
