Dorothy W. Urion, May 6, 1918 – May 18, 2005, nee Wieboldt, wife of the late Paul B.; dear mother of Katharine U. Krashinsky, Henry K. Urion and Helen U. Lara; also surivived by four grandchildren; sister of the late Elmer Wieboldt. No prior visitation. Funeral services will be private. Affectionately known as Toddy, she lived for forty years in Rochester, N.H., raising her three children, working as a bookkeeper in her husband’s law practice and participating in community and volunteer work. She served as Girl Scout Commissioner as well as Head of the Frisbee Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and the Episcopal Church Thrift Shop. Toddy and Paul retired to Columbus, N.C. in 1989, and she moved to Buffalo, N.Y. in 2002. She was an inspiring example of courage and dignity in the face of severe scoliosis and will be remembered with great love by family and friends.
